Considering I was having trouble walking a few days ago, it probably wasn't the greatest idea to go for a 10 mile run. I don't know what the proper recovery time is but I figure if I can't walk tomorrow then maybe I should've waited a few more days. I hit up the foam roller a couple of times and my legs felt good, I will probably get on it again before bed. Looking forward to setting some new goals and figuring out how I will fit running in with being a father.
